1) guruza.com - the best I've seen so far. Great interface could use more traffic though.
2) justanswer.com - easy to use, I think, for asking questions. Answering takes a bit more effort. gui is great for the front page but looks like they spent their whole budget there as the other pages aren't as great.
3) ExpertBee.Com - not the greatest interface but usually a decent amount of questions.
Understand I probably won't get any money but when you remove google/yahoo there aren't that many that are even worth mentioning. These three aren't bad, clearly I prefer guruza though now that I've seen it.
