They all work mostly the same. Get one that is all cloth, avoid nylon or excessive straps and buckles. Make sure it has good padding on the shoulder.

Don't be surprised if the baby is picky about the sling. One of ours was fine with it, the other one hated it. You may also need a different sling for different ages, very small babies aren't comfortable in a sling that is too big, and obviously big babies just don't fit in small slings.
