Hmm,this is quite interesting, i think that while a system based on peoples honesty will work in many cases this is not one of them. I think that there should be some more structure in the system, i dont think that i should be allowed to do things like change the question without it notifying viewere and change the reward after i had marked the question as answered, also i think that $0.00 questions encourage spamming and such.
