We're going to be better in the near future about providing experts with readily available payout info about questioners.

So, for instance, next to the question, you'll be able to see the percentage of questions they've paid out on.

This should provide you with a good heuristic as to whether or not to take the time to answer a question.

Right now we would prefer this approach to forcing users to put up money up front.
