The fence will be used to combat the mexican from entering into our homeland by using a set of basic principles that we understand about the mexican. First, the mexicans robust aquatic capabilties are second to none. The mexican has built in desert camouflage and an ability to be exposed to the harshest of elements. What the mexican does not posses is the ability to scale large fenced in enclosures. They are challenged vertically, they are naturally greasy which prevents them from getting the grip required to scale such a fence. Not to mention that we know for a fact that no mexican wrestler in known history has ever participated in a cage match. In short, the senate has decided to build a fence around the US to protect its borders and by logic and reason we have shown why the fence is by far the most prudent choice in the matter.
