Assuming you're speaking not of the site (in which case, the answer is readily availble) but in a more general term, it depends entirely on your business.
If you're running a very professional website geared towards business executives, you would want to shy away from paypal and instead opt for a more an "in-house" look, rather than blatantly forwarding them to another site.
If cost is a chief concern, however, I might suggest going with paypal or even the new google checkout. All are viable options. Does this answer your question?
