I own a 95 lumina 4 dr sedanI ran over a hole exiting an interstate highway. The odemeter stopped working.Sometimes when I hit a bump it will start working again.Then quits again.The speedometer has worked the whole time.

The speedometer and the odometer are connected together, if the speedometer works than it is not your cable or sensor ,it is an internal mechanical problem in the speedometer/odometer cluster itself and the whole thing will probably need replaced.
I have no idea how you could hit a bump hard enough to physically break something in your dash, slow down.
If you have a digital cluster than you may have a sensor going bad on the transmission.
