Your starter solenoid is not engaging fully, and the starting gear is grinding on the flywheel.
You either have a tooth cracked off the flywheel, or a bad starter solenoid, or you might just have the flywheel in a place that is binding with the starting gear.
Put the car in gear and rock it a little to move the flywheel.
