Since I can't look at your car, I cannot tell you exactly whats wrong. Since you just bought it from the dealer, and the lemon law is in effect, you should be able to bring it back to the dealer and have it checked out free of charge. Here is some extra information on check engine lights and what they can indicate. Hope this helps.
