It's leaps and bounds better than the old design. nice job on this, very well done.
My 1 request:
when i'm logged out, there's no easy way to browse through the latest questions. the tab for Latest Questions doesn't show up at all when i'm logged out.
I'd highly recommend keeping that tab visible no matter what. It'll help get new users to browse the site more. when they see a question that they can answer, or decide to post a question, they can sign up. but i think it'll really increase the browsability of the site, and get you guys more signups.
